3 ways to start loving yourself the way you deserve to be loved

1. Every time you wake up and go to bed, tell yourself "I Love You". Your Life matters. You have a purpose. Start with Loving You.


2. Everyday give yourself a compliment. Show yourself apprectiation. You are one of a kind! Blush a little.


3. At least once a month, pamper yourself for a day. Do something you enjoy. Tell yourself you deserve it! Life is tough. Live, Live, Live Life.
